What does any normal person do after a long week of anatomy exams and a final? It only makes sense that mental drain would ignite a desire to prepare a culinary dish so fiery and mysterious that most will immediately begin to brainstorm for excuses not to eat it based on appearance alone. Oh Mike! His energy is boundless!
I purchased this little picture of an ajuma making kimchee while I was living in Seoul teaching English several years ago. I just happened to notice it in the background of all Mike's "fancy" ingredients. How apropos.
